| Technical Support 1. What is Adobe Reader? Adobe Reader is a free software application that enables you to view, download, and print material. It is widely distributed on most new computers. The Adobe Reader is a self-contained program that will not affect other hardware/software on your computer. If you cannot see all the information (i.e., text and graphics) on a given page, click the Refresh or Reload button on your browser. 4. 5. When I click on the "Send Lessons to Printer" button nothing happens. Try this: right-click and choose "Print…". If you are still having problems printing, please contact Customer Service. 6. Can I bookmark a page from EPS Lessons? Since all of the pages on EPS Lessons are dynamically created, it is not possible to bookmark them. 7.
