1. What is Adobe Reader?
Adobe Reader is a free software application that enables you to view, download, and print material. It is widely distributed on most new computers. To download Adobe Reader, or to check to see if your copy of Adobe Reader is configured properly, click here.

2. If I download Adobe Reader, will any other software on my computer be harmed?
The Adobe Reader is a self-contained program that will not affect other hardware/software on your computer. To download Adobe Reader, or to check to see if your copy of Adobe Reader is configured properly, click here.

3. What do I do if a page does not load completely?
If you cannot see all the information (i.e., text and graphics) on a given page, click the Refresh or Reload button on your browser.

4. What computer system requirements are necessary to run EPS Lessons most effectively?
EPS Lessons recommends the following system configurations:

For Windows:
Processor: 486/66 Intel or greater
Operating System: Windows 95 or greater
Memory: 32 MB RAM or greater
Internet connection and a 56.6K modem (faster connections will yield shorter download times)

For Macintosh:
Processor: 603e minimum (100 MHz or higher recommended)
Operating System: System 8.6 or greater
Memory: 16 MB RAM minimum (32 MB RAM recommended)
Internet connection and a 56.6K modem (faster connections will yield shorter download times)

5. When I click on the "Send Lessons to Printer" button nothing happens.
Try this: right-click and choose "Print…". If you are still having problems printing, please contact Customer Service.

6. Can I bookmark a page from EPS Lessons?
Since all of the pages on EPS Lessons are dynamically created, it is not possible to bookmark them.

7. I am using Mac OS X—why can't I see your lessons in my browser?
In order to make EPS Lessons work properly, you need to be using Safari 1.2.3 (or higher) and Adobe Reader 7. To download Adobe Reader, or to check to see if your copy of Adobe Reader is configured properly, click here.
